In Listowel, a walk will commence in the Seanchaí Centre at the heart of the town where a short performance by actors will take place.
Along the beautiful river route there will then be readings, poetry and more drama from a selection of the works of renowned Kerry writers John B. Keane, Bryan MacMahon, Gabriel Fitzmaurice and many more.
The walk will finish where it started at the Seanchaí Centre with the opening of an art exhibition from Colourful Sprits, a local artistic cooperative who also get their inspiration from Listowel and North Kerry.
